Paris Hilton failed to attend the court hearing yesterday for violating her probation period in February.
So now Paris has been summoned to appear in LA Superior Court 4th May 2007.

Los Angeles prosecutors are aiming at revoking Paris Hilton probation as she still carried on driving whilst her license was suspended. In January the court suspended her driving license but it seems she has been caught driving on the suspension.
