Paris Hilton failed to attend the court hearing yesterday for violating her probation period in February.
So now Paris has been summoned to appear in LA Superior Court 4th May 2007.

Los Angeles prosecutors are aiming at revoking Paris Hilton probation as she still carried on driving whilst her license was suspended. In January the court suspended her driving license but it seems she has been caught driving on the suspension.

Not that Paris needs a nanny. But I guess she does need her old bodyguard back.

Paris gets back her old bodyguard Perry who recently was Britneys male nanny. Paris is glad to have her old body guard protecting her again.

Perry Taylor, last year was employed as a bodyguard for Britney Spears and a nanny for Seaon Preston. But seems to have switched jobs and was Paris’ bodyguard in West Hollywood last week. Perry did work for Paris way before taking the Britney job, and seems to have come back.

A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: “He was Paris Hiltons security guard on the first two seasons of ‘The Simple Life’, in 2003 and 2004. She still uses him from time to time as a private security guard.”

Paris Hilton was present at the Samsung Telecommunications party to celebrate the launch of the UpStage a few days ago. DJ’s such as Frankie Inglese and Twista the hip hop artist were entertaining the party goers at the Samsung event. Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie chat about their latest camping television adventure :

AP: How did you prepare for camp?

Richie: We actually didn’t prepare, which I guess was a problem because we were wearing heels and just not camp-appropriate things. But during the fitness camp we wore sweats a lot, which was a nice break.

Hilton: We had fun with everyone who came in. All the camps were completely different. We would have to do all the challenges that they would have to do. We had to stay with them in the same rooms, so basically we were living the camp life. It was hard, you know, not having cell phone service, being away from our friends and our family, but we had each other, so that was a lot of fun.

AP: Neither of you had been to camp as kids. What did you think of the whole experience?

Richie: It was interesting. It’s definitely not for me. I’m not a camper. But I’m glad that I did it once. I’m always up to try anything.

Hilton: I think just being the camp counselors is being a lot different from actually having to go to camp as a kid. But I don’t know. I didn’t really like the camp life either. Nick played while Paris was away

Paris Hilton is positive that a jail sentence would finish her career..

Paris, who faces up to 90 days in prison if found guilty of violating her DUI probation, has told friends that “doing time” could ruin her career.

A source told Britain’s More magazine: “Paris says if she goes to jail, even for just a day, her life will be over.

“She knows she’ll lose a lot of work if she gets a reputation as someone who has done time. Her whole career is based on her image and maintaining a fan base – she has nothing else to rely on. She’s petrified.

“She’s the butt of quite a few jokes in Los Angeles these days and she hates it. She’s been crying a lot, especially when she’s been drinking, and is scared that her life is falling apart.”

The 26-year-old party-lover’s image has already been affected by the charges.

The source added: “She’s missed two club appearances in the past couple of weeks. People in the industry are taking her less seriously and she doesn’t feel like she’s Hollywood’s Golden Girl any more.

“She’s more alone than ever before right now and this could be one situation she can’t charm her way out of.”

Paris Hilton might have to start playing some sport to hangon to her toyboy boyfriend, Josh Henderson!

Josh told Britain’s New magazine: “I love girls who are just really cool. A girl that I can just sit back and have a laugh with. And a girl I can watch sport with! I grew up thinking I was going to be a professional baseball player and I still play basketball now. One of my best ever dates was when I took a girl to a baseball game.”

An upset Paris turned on him, yelling: “This is what I do! This is what people expect me to do! Let me do what I want, Josh!” There was tension between the two for the rest of the night.”
